Calla Carter is a beautiful 1-year-old Tabby Domestic Shorthair cat who was found as a stray and is now hoping to find a loving forever home. This sweet girl has a gentle heart and a calm, affectionate nature that makes her easy to love. Calla Carter is doing well with other cats and enjoys their company. We're not sure yet how she does with dogs or kids, and we also don't know if she's fully house or litter box trained -- but with time and patience, she's sure to adapt wonderfully. She is up to date on vaccinations and ready to be adopted into a home where she can finally feel safe and loved.

The adoption process
Dogs are $115 and puppies are $110 unless otherwise noted. All cats and Kittens are $75.00 unless otherwise noted. Feel free to email or call us with any questions you may have. Our contact number is 270-887-4175. The shelter is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30-4 and is closed for lunch from 12:30 -1. Adoptions are done on a first serve basis for owner releases. Strays have a wait list.
Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old, have a valid ID, and provide proof of residence. Some shelters may have additional requirements based on the type of animal you wish to adopt.
